➡ Make sure we have the correct site contact and phone number listed on your contract.
➡ Confirm your reservation by signing your contract.
➡ Turn in a site map.
➡ Obtain applicable permits.
➡ Make sure the tent site is clear.
➡ Mark all private underground lines (i.e. sprinkler lines and heads).
➡ Mark the four corners of the tent with flags or spray paint/chalk.
➡ Make sure we have access to the tent site. Keep pets inside.
➡ Turn off sprinklers.
➡ Hang decorations and banners with zip ties or rope.
➡ Avoid using tape, stickers, or wire on the tent.
➡ Leave sprinklers off.
➡ Make sure to have adequate security for your tent.
➡ Remove accumulated snow promptly.
➡ Remember that cooking is not allowed inside or next to the tent.
➡ Have fun!
