Matching solid walls are free of charge. We find this is helpful to our customers who are unable to predict weather conditions in Colorado. However, specialty walls such as Cathedral window or Screen walls are extra. Super Tent, Unique Frame, and Tension Top sidewalls can easily be opened and closed as needed.
In order to be the best at what we do, we only offer tents and tent accessories. Although we do not offer tables, chairs, linens, and other party supplies directly, we have developed partnerships with companies who specialize in these items and are very good at what they do. In addition, they are dedicated to providing the same level of service as we do.
As a rule we like to have a minimum of two week. However, we recommend that you but add we will do our best to accommodate events and tents with much less notice. Give us as much time as possible as it’s based on date, size, event, etc
we don’t nickel and dime you, you can expect the price of the tent to include set-up, tear-down, and standard walls for 1 week plus delivery and tax. Any additional costs will be due to upgrades or going outside of our normal operations.
Yes, and we have several lighting options for you to choose from. When we install the lights, we run a cord down to the side of the tent for you to plug into your power source. You can go to accessories to see what we have to offer.
Yes. We rent heaters that will definitely keep your tent warm even on a cold winter day. For those hot summer days, we rent ceiling fans and side fans that create very nice air movement within your tent. You can go to accessories to see what we have to offer.
Our tents are not easy-ups. They require a specific knowledge and skill-set to ensure proper installation. Part of our service and the value we offer when renting from us is that we set-up and tear-down all of our tents, making your event worry free!
If you are planning a really big event or party, we can cover it. We have tents that can provide in excess of 30,000 square feet.

Size, style, and quantity are just a few of the factors that dictate how long it would take to set up your event. However, average sets take anywhere from one to four hours. Even some of our biggest tents only take a good long day to set.
We can anchor any of our tents on any surface including asphalt and concrete. The small holes we make to secure the anchor, we also patch once the tent is down.
We do add charges for delivery based on mileage to the tent site and the number of trucks required to deliver your tent(s).
The first thing to consider is the actual space where you want the tent. Assuming it won't limit the size of the tent, then you can begin to determine how much space you'll need inside the tent based on the number of people, activities, etc. Please go to the "Your Event" page for more help.
We can install a floor in your tent, and carpet it if you'd like. We also have decking that can not only provide a level surface for your tent, but also serve as an elevated stage for concert type of events. You can go to accessories to see what we have to offer.
Yes our anchors will hit underground lines, but as long as you mark all private underground lines (i.e. sprinkler lines) we will be able to avoid them. We also call Dig Safely to come out and mark underground utility lines so we can avoid those as well.
That's the name of the game. Whether it is coverage from the sun or rain, all of our tents will protect you. However, our Super Tents and Unique Tents are the most "weatherproof".
